The KC - 100 Water Wheel Sharpener takes the guesswork out of the tricky challenge of re sharpening most steel knives. It is a medium grade ceramic wheel placed at the ideal angle for re honing steel blades. With its integral knife guide, angled and sloping grinding surface, this foolproof sharpener is compact and ergonomically designed to sit on your worktop ready for use at any time.

The rubber padded feet help maintain stability. Simply pour water onto the wheel and run the blade back and forth through the guidance slot and all those dull knives in the drawer will easily be transformed into useful tools again. This ingenious device is all you will ever need to keep your knives in optimum working condition.
