Diamond is the hardest material known. A diamond abrasive is the best way of sharpening. This easy to use sharpener performs wonderfully well on all blades; however, it is particularly suited to re-sharpening extremely hard materials like Zirconium Ceramic. This is the ONLY recommended sharpener for JKC Ceramic Collection knives.

With the four integral diamond abrasive pads this sharpener will re-hone any dull knife into a useful tool again

  • Body construction - High grade plastic
  • Cleaning - NOT RECOMMENDED for Dishwasher. Hand wash with toothbrush - mild detergent.
  • Maintenance - Occasional light sanding with fine sand paper to achieve a flat surface.
  • Recommended for - JKC Zirconium Ceramic knives and all metal blades
  • Storage & use - Near the sink or a good water supply.

SPECIAL NOTES: Can be used on JKC Zirconium Ceramic Do NOT use on hot surfaces. This sharpener must be used with water to sharpen Ceramic blades.
